Chef Peter Bowen: Chef Bowen’s successful YouTube cooking series, 5 Minute Gourmet, has accumulated over 100,000 views and helped people all over the world learn how to prepare fast and delicious gourmet dishes. After many years in the restaurant and luxury lodge industry as a cook and chef Chef Peter Bowen has embarked on a pepper head journey. His tasty hot pepper creations are spicing up the neighbourhood and making good food great! Chef Peter Bowen has a diploma in Culinary Arts from George Brown College in Toronto and advanced culinary arts training from Camosun College in Victoria. He has also cooked at a number of boutique restaurants, catered weddings and special events and has appeared numerous times as a guest chef on Shaw TV, CTV and Fox News. Chef Bowen lives in Ladysmith BC, and enjoys organic gardening and beach combing.
